A SMALL SUPPORT WOMEN'S GROUP FOR SOMATIC THERAPY, EMBODIMENT, NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION, & RELATIONAL HEALING
ABOUT
Somatic Women's Circles are currently running on the 3rd Thursday of the month for the remaining of 2024 through July 2025 from 4-6pm. The schedule will shift to 2nd Wednesday in August 2025 and run through December. The cost is $60/month. All groups meet in-person in Portland, Oregon. Somatic Circles are designed to be both an educational workshop and a healing circle. During circles we work with embodiment practices, nervous system health, conscious community building, and deepening personal healing. Somatic Circles are a good fit for wellness practitioners and women who have been on a healing journey looking to deepen into their wellbeing and body connection as well as create relationships with other women.
