Specializing in working with trauma, stuck emotions, and nervous system health, Jessica is a certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Polarity Therapy Life Coach and is currently earning her certification in Somatic Experiencing®.

Giacomo Garay, PLC

Specializing in men's work, Latinx and support for BIPOC communities, Giacomo is a certified Polarity Therapy coach and currently working towards certification as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. With additional training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Peruvian shamanism, Giacomo offers services in both English and Spanish supporting nervous system health and a connection to one's innate inner wisdom. ​
